1. For Regular Models: When user will place order for any of mattress we will dispatch the order within 2-3 working days. Order will be well packed with all the items (Mattress, Warranty card, Tax invoice) and dispatched through shipping channel (Road transit or Air transit). As order is dispatched from the warehouse user will get all the related details of the order through email and sms on registered mobile number. Expected delivery date will depend upon the location of delivery and connectivity of courier service in that particular area. Excepted delivery date will be provided to customer on the time of placement of order. If unfortunate circumstances will make delay in delivery then customer will be informed by supply chain department.
  2. For Customized Mattress: In case of customized mattress we will able to dispatch the order within 3-5 working days. Rest of procedure is same as mentioned above.
  3. Transit Damage: Once customer receives the order, requested to open the mattress and check properly. Customer will receive a call from support team regarding the conformation of delivery. If there is any transit damage then please don’t worry, take a few pictures of mattress and share with our support team. We will dispatch a new mattress. Once customer accepted the safe delivery of mattress, there will be no claim related to product damage during transportation.

Return Policies:

Under the policies of return and refund customer is informed that, the cancellation of the order will be accepted within 24 hours of placement. In this case full amount will be refunded within 3 working days.

When SIESTABEDDINGS.COM will accept return?

  1. If customer refuses the delivery of order for any reason, we will process the refund after the order is back in our possession with no damage. Shipping cost will be chargeable to customer.
  2. In case any wrong product or model is ordered by customer, than return of product will be accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery of the order and replacement process of product or model will be initiated. Shipping cost will be chargeable to customer.
  3. Product will be accepted for return in case of manufacturing defect. In this case product will be replaced without any shipping charges.

When SIESTABEDDINGS.COM will not accept return or replacement?

  1. There will be no cancellation or replacement of product on special or customize mattress orders, except manufacturing defect.
  2. Any type of staining or soiling of a mattress will void return or replacement. So use of mattress protectors or mattress covers is highly recommended.
  3. Product that is not in original condition or shows sign of damage will not accepted for return or replacement.
